Meet The Founders

Siobhan Gadallah

M.A, M.S, BCBA

I’m Siobhan Gadallah, a Developmental Psychologist and BCBA who unashamedly uses a ton of !!!! in my emails.

My excitement for life fuels my thirst for knowledge and passion to better the ABA field.

With over 8 years of experience, I founded ABA LA Therapy in 2021 with a mission to provide superior mentorship programs for students, high quality therapy to families, and integrate a progressive, compassionate approach to support the ever evolving field of ABA. I’m creative, intuitive, and absolutely love teaching others.

I received my Masters of Arts in Developmental Psychology at Azusa Pacific University and my Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University.

I am a #boymom who currently resides in Long Beach with my family and our super cute golden retriever named Bronson. Fun fact: my newest and most recent passion is weight lifting and incorporating ABA into weight lifting.

Ji Soo Chung

M.S, BCBA

I’m Ji Soo Chung, a BCBA with an INFP Meyer-Briggs Personality Test. With over 4 years of experience, I want to be the best representation the field of ABA deserves.

I received my M.S. in ABA from National University and my Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Initially, I began my career in the hotel and restaurant industry but quit due to burning out. After about a year of unemployment and soul searching, I stumbled upon ABA through a friend’s recommendation and I never looked back. I entered the field without any experience working with kids and instantly fell in love. What was most exciting for me was being able to use my creativity and make an impact on real people’s lives.

Fun facts about me: I enjoy cooking, ALL types of food. My biggest weakness is desserts in all shapes and sizes. I’m a proud dog mom to 2 fur babies, a husky named Brie and a pitbull-mix named Rosy. I try to be a good plant mom, whether my plants think so or not. My husband’s and my life motto is: passion over profit
